If I’m not able to stay in Singapore, I’m pretty much quitting FoW already. It did help me reconnect with my fellow WS peeps back in the Philippines, and I’m playing more WS this year due to this. Events now are basically casual, and a lot are now done online. TCG wise, due to the COVID-19 situation, tournaments are cancelled. Would I be travel again on 2021? Only fate knows for now. Not to mention being able to play with my niece who is growing pretty fast. It was also my first time to be part of a wedding entourage. It was in pretty far north, but the experience was pretty awesome. I was also able to go back in the Philippines last February to attend my good friend’s wedding.
I was able to visit Dubai, and it was pretty fun! It was the first time I experienced doing zipline and paramotor gliding! I was also able to meet again my college friends who are now based there. Travel wise, I was lucky enough to do travel before the COVID-19 lockdowns happened. We’ll see in my post next year what my future holds.ģ. Well, if I’m not able to, I plan to study UI/UX and Digital Marketing when I get back in the Philippines. I do have a hopeful job prospect for now, and hopefully I can still stay here in Singapore. While I planned to look for a new job earlier this year (I even had one interview), COVID-19 messed the heck out of my plans. Today is my last day of work, and I’m pretty anxious of my future. I was able to stay for most of the year, but I guess there’s not much work around now to keep the current workforce. A lot closed, and a lot more are forced to either cut salaries and benefits to survive, and a lot were also forced to lay off their employees. Well, due to COVID-19, a lot of businesses experienced a downturn. Hopefully, the vaccine can be distributed and life can have some semblance of normality soon enough.Ģ. Thankfully for Singapore, they are able to manage it despite a ballooning of cases months ago. It was depressing because it was hard to go around and about when there’s a contagious virus threat around the corner. Travel, businesses, entertainment and a lot more. Sadly, one of our family members was part of that statistic, and succumbed to the virus just a few weeks ago.ĭue to this, a lot of things shut down. There are currently 22,386,430 active cases and sadly 1,812,046 deaths. As of writing, 83,060,276 cases have been reported. A ridiculously contagious virus that affect literally everyone in the world, whether you’re a first world country or a third world one. Pretty much this virus turned the world upside down and messed up everyone.
